These Terms and Conditions apply to the Simple Radio mobile application and the Simple Radio websites or pages that link to these Terms and Conditions (together, the "Services") created by Andrii Hromadetskyi (the "Service Provider").

By downloading, visiting, streaming, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Services. Unauthorized copying or modification of the mobile application, website, any part of the Services, or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the mobile application, translate the Services into other languages, or create derivative versions except where permitted by law. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services remain the property of the Service Provider or the applicable rights holders.

Changes to the Services and Charges

The Service Provider is dedicated to making the Services as useful and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Services, change available features, add or remove advertising, add or remove analytics and diagnostic tools, or charge for services at any time and for any reason. You may not use the Services to interfere with the website, overload the Services, scrape the station catalog in a way that harms service availability, bypass access controls, misuse advertising or analytics systems, or violate the rights of radio stations, content owners, the Service Provider, or third parties.

Website Use

The website lets you browse a radio station catalog, search station names in your browser, open station pages, visit station websites, and play streams through browser audio controls. Station pages may use station data encoded in the page URL, and sharing or bookmarking those URLs may share the encoded station data as well.

The website may include advertising and measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, when those features are enabled. The availability, placement, and format of advertising or measurement features may change over time.

Radio Streams and Third-Party Content

Radio streams, station names, logos, artwork, favicons, metadata, tags, and station websites are generally controlled by third parties. The Service Provider does not own or control third-party radio content and does not guarantee that any station, stream, metadata, artwork, or website will be accurate, available, lawful in your location, uninterrupted, or suitable for your needs.

If you believe a station listing, stream, logo, or other third-party content violates your rights, contact the Service Provider at androngrom.0710.kg@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant item.

Ads, Analytics, and Purchases

The mobile application may show ads through AdMob or similar advertising services unless ads are disabled for your app version, region, consent choices, or premium status. The website may show ads through Google advertising services or other ad partners when web advertising is enabled.

The mobile application may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools for analytics, performance, and crash diagnostics when those tools are enabled. The website may use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or similar tools to measure usage and search performance when those tools are enabled.

Premium features, subscriptions, purchases, and restore-purchase flows in the mobile application may be processed through the applicable app store, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and related service providers. Store, billing, cancellation, and refund rules may be controlled by the app store or payment provider.

Internet Connection and Data Charges

Some functions of the Services require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Services do not function at full capacity because you do not have access to Wi-Fi, your mobile data allowance is exhausted, or your internet connection is unavailable or unstable.

If you use the Services outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while connected to the Services, including audio streaming data usage, as well as other third-party charges. By using the Services, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Services outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Services, the Service Provider assumes that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Availability and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and available for use. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Services updated and accurate, the Services rely on third parties to provide some information and services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss that you experience as a result of relying entirely on functionality or information provided through the Services.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Services from time to time. The mobile application is currently available for supported operating systems, and operating system requirements may change. You may need to download updates to continue using the mobile application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the mobile application will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the mobile application when they are offered to you.

The Service Provider may stop providing the Services and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless the Service Provider informs you otherwise, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms and Conditions will end, and you must stop using the Services and, if necessary, delete the mobile application from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
