Information Collection and Use

• Advertising identifiers or related ad measurement data in the mobile application when ads are enabled and permitted by your device settings and consent choices.
• Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics identifiers, and event data on the website when web advertising, Google Analytics 4, or similar measurement tools are enabled.
• Mobile application analytics, performance, and crash diagnostic data when Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar diagnostic tools are enabled.
• Purchase and subscription status information in the mobile application when you use premium features or restore purchases.
• Station metadata, such as station name, country, stream URL, homepage URL, and related catalog data, when a station page is opened or a stream is played.

The Services do not request precise device location permissions and do not collect GPS coordinates. Approximate location may be inferred from technical data such as your IP address by third-party service providers for fraud prevention, advertising, service availability, hosting, and performance purposes.

The Service Provider may use collected information to provide and maintain the Services, improve performance and reliability, support advertising and premium features, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Services and their users.

If you contact the Service Provider directly, the information you provide, such as your email address and message content, may be used to respond to your request and provide important notices related to the Services.

Website-Specific Information

The Simple Radio website lets you browse a radio station catalog, search station names in your browser, open station pages, and play streams through the browser's built-in audio controls. The website does not currently provide user accounts, direct payments, or contact forms. The website may include advertising and measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, when those features are enabled.

Website advertising and measurement tools may collect page views, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, interaction events, search performance information, cookie identifiers, and advertising or analytics identifiers. These tools may help measure site usage, understand how pages appear in Google Search, prevent fraud, limit repeated ads, and support contextual or personalized advertising where permitted.

Website station pages use station data encoded in the page URL. This station data is generally not personal information, but it may appear in browser history, bookmarks, referrer headers, and routine hosting or CDN logs.

When you play a radio stream, load station artwork or favicons, or open a station's website, your browser may connect directly to third-party radio station servers or related providers. Those third parties may receive your IP address, browser information, request time, and other technical request data according to their own policies.

The Services use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you according to their own privacy policies. These services help provide advertising, consent management, app distribution, analytics, search performance measurement, crash reporting, in-app purchases, subscriptions, hosting, CDN delivery, radio streaming, station websites, and operational functionality.

Only information needed to operate, improve, support, or protect the Services is shared with third parties. The Service Provider may also disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When disclosure is believed in good faith to be necessary to protect rights, protect safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and are expected to protect the information they process.

Advertising and Consent Choices

The mobile application may show ads through AdMob. Where required, the mobile application asks for consent before requesting ads. You can change advertising choices using the consent options presented in the mobile application where available, your device advertising settings, and other controls provided by Google or your mobile platform.

The website may show ads through Google advertising services or other ad partners when web advertising is enabled. These partners may use cookies, local storage, IP address, browser information, page context, and advertising identifiers to deliver, measure, personalize, limit, and protect ads where permitted. Your choices may include browser cookie controls, Google advertising controls, consent prompts where required, and other controls provided by ad partners.

Cookies and Local Storage on the Website

The website does not need Service Provider-controlled cookies or browser local storage for user accounts, favorites, or preferences. Station search on the website runs in browser memory.

When website advertising, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console verification, or similar services are enabled, Google or other partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. Your browser may also cache pages, scripts, images, audio metadata, and other assets, and third-party sites or streams may use their own technologies when you interact with them.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop information collection by the mobile application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace. You can stop website-related browser interactions by closing the website, clearing relevant browser history or cache, and avoiding playback of third-party station streams.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains user-provided information for as long as needed to provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you supplied through the Services or by contacting support, email androngrom.0710.kg@gmail.com.

Some mobile application data, such as settings, favorite stations, and recently played stations, may be stored locally on your device and removed by uninstalling the mobile application, subject to your device and operating system behavior.

Website hosting, CDN, and third-party stream providers may retain routine request logs according to their own retention practices. Analytics, advertising, Search Console, Firebase, and subscription providers may retain data according to their own policies. The Service Provider does not control retention periods for third-party radio stations, station websites, app stores, advertising providers, analytics providers, diagnostic providers, or subscription providers.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained for the Services.
